Azure Energy is a physical commodities trader that strives to meet the energy needs of our end-clients in the South East Asia region. We work closely with our clients to help them procure the most cost effective energy solutions in the market. Our unique approach attempts to balance the needs of our clients and the needs of mother nature, and we do this by reducing energy wastage throughout our logistics supply chain. For example, we work with our suppliers who use river systems to transport their goods so that energy use is minimized.
We are a tightly knit team that works with a high level of trust and virtual meetings, given that most of us are in different locations most of the time. I look after the Singapore head office so that my partners can have a peace of mind to work on business development in the region. On a daily basis, I work on speaking with our partner ecosystem consisting of banks, clients, suppliers and logistics providers.Â
WeWork has opened my eyes to the wonderful experiences of co-working. Coming from a background in the too-formal and siloed world of Investment banking, I was foreign to a co-working environment and WeWork has completely changed that for me. On a daily basis, I see aspiring and successful entrepreneurs working on different projects and juggling different commitments to grow their companies. This environment is both stimulating and exciting for me and is what keeps me coming back.
